As the “Magic Movers” project evolved, VSA Montana emerged as an independent community-based 501(c)3 organization using the concepts of the “Magic Movers” to create a more broad-based program serving disabled populations in the arts. VSA Montana was recognized as a special project site by the National Committee, Arts for the Handicapped, now known as VSA, and continues to be an educational affiliate of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
